UNIVERSITY OF NOTTINGHAM IMPLEMENTS CALL CENTRE AND DISASTER RECOVERY SOLUTION FROM NEC PHILIPS -Call centre solution extends Nottingham’s lead in resilient campus wide communication- The University of Nottingham, one of the largest campus universities in the UK, has implemented the latest call centre technology, from NEC Unified Solutions. The investment will enable the University to expand its existing call centre application which is used by a number of schools and departments including IT support, an onsite NHS health centre, a marketing enquiry centre and finance and payroll departments. In addition, the new solution provides instantaneous and seamless re-routing of all incoming calls as part of a new disaster recovery strategy. |
